Women are raped, mutilated so the community knows they were raped, babies are born of these rapes for whom mothers cannot produce milk because of malnutrition.Violence, aided by the governement continues unabated.
Declaring this mayhem as 'genocide' is a political issue because then the West has to intervene.So the long dithering led by the USA.Of course there is no oil, diamonds in Darfur, if poor are dying by thousands UN onward all can afford turning a blind eye.
