Mainly in Colombia a civil war has been going on among the main four armed groups -FARC - a leftist organization, ACU – a rightist organization, drug cartel and the government forces backed by America. This is a war of all against all. Similarly in Mexico , where cross-border trafficking of drugs into America is a big business, People unconnected with the drug trade are killed/kidnapped.
